Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Plc is a special purpose vehicle set up to facilitate the financing of supply chain transactions through the issuance of securities on the Ghana capital markets, and leverages technology and innovation to complete financing requests within 48hrs.

SCF is supporting SMEs and local Ghanaian companies to access affordable financing for their trade, and provide opportunities for investors to participate in the development of Ghanian enterprises through structured financing solutions.

Our vehicle enhances the visibility of the performance of SMEs and fosters a risk management framework based on transaction data that reduces the need for onerous collateral requirements.

SCF Plc is providing alternative debt investment opportunities in Ghana under the oversight and regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Ghana Stock Exchange

Board of Directors

Peter Kwesi Enti

Mr. Peter Enti is a partner at Nubuke Business Investment Advisory, an Africa focused consultancy which provides strategy and operations advice to corporates. Peter has a background in bank treasury, restructuring and advisory. Peter’s work experience includes co-founding Nubuke Investments LLP, the first London based Africa focused hedge fund, where he was a partner/portfolio manager investing in African debt, equities and foreign exchange. Peter worked at Standard Chartered London for 13 years in various capacities including setting up the Africa foreign exchange desk and the Africa fixed income desk.

He also worked in Standard Chartered Bank Cameroun as treasurer. Peter holds an MSc. (Accounting & Finance) degree from Lodon School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics & Statistics) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a licensed insolvency practitioner and a passed finalist at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Derrick Darkwah

Mr. Derrick Darkwah is the General Manager of Tallmast. Prior to joining Tallmast, he served as the head of operations at Petra Trust Company Limited (Petra Trust). Derrick is a seasoned accountant with extensive experience in asset management. He was instrumental in setting up and structuring the operations team and fund administration software of Petra Trust, one of the top three pension trustees in Ghana.

He was the project leader for the installation, configuration and maintenance of Microgen 5 Series (fund administration software) to suit the operations of Petra Trust. Derrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Higher Honors) from Ashesi University. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK).

Kate Burekye Arthur

Ms. Kate Burekye Arthur is a consummate corporate finance professional with a background in banking, business credit and financial management. Kate has over 15 years’ working experience in
corporate lending, providing financial advisory services to corporates and corporate restructuring transactions. She is currently the country director of Factorex Ghana. Prior to her current appointment, Kate worked in Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Plc for over 10 years, where she held several roles, including leading the sales and credit analyst team and serving as a business planning manager. In these roles, Kate was involved in key transactions across various sectors and industries and performed tasks ranging from origination to transaction due diligence.

Kate is a strong business development professional with a Master of Science degree in International Business from the University of Ghana Business School.

Carol Evelyn Adjokor Annang

Carol is currently the country manager for Invest in Africa, where she drives initiatives focused on supporting local businesses, strengthening brand equity, and attracting other strategic partners in priority sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, extractives and ICT. She has a wealth of experience from leading numerous financial and impact-focused businesses across Ghana. She sits on several boards, including fintech start-up Kudigo, the Ghana branch of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards and the Executive Leadership Academy, a youth leadership training organisation working to shape the next generation of African leaders, with a focus on empowering young African women to take leadership and governance roles. She also has experience in the pensions industry from serving as the managing director of Secure Pensions Trust Limited, a pension trustee company.

Edward Kofi Opoku Edusei

Edward Kofi Opoku Adusei is a retired associate professor of Economics. He is an experienced professional with a 30-year career in teaching and consulting related to international economics, comparative economic systems, money and banking, and intermediate macro and microeconomics. He has led research into areas such as the assessment of small and medium size businesses, evaluation of rural electrification programs, and transportation.

Edward has consulted for the African Peer Review Mechanism, African Capacity Building Foundation, International Development Research Centre, the Think Tank Initiative and the World Bank. Significant among his consulting accomplishments are the successful evaluation of 7 African Capacity Building Foundation funded projects in East and Southern Africa and assessing 50 think tanks in East Africa and South Asia for the Think Tank Initiative. In addition, Edward has been involved in sourcing funds for a number of projects in Ghana.

He is currently developing feasibility studies and strategic plans for businesses in the agro-business, real estate and infrastructure sectors in Ghana.

The Administrator

Tallmast (www.tallmastfinancial.com) is a Ghananian company that partners with originators to create special purpose vehicles (SPV) which issues debt securities on the fixed income market of the Ghana Stock Exchange. 

Tallmast has been appointed as the Administrator of SCF Plc to provides a complete back office solution and an all-inclusive corporate governance to the SPVs, ensuring that the legal entities are always maintained in good corporate standing.

Tallmast also provides day-to-day administration services and spearheads the provision of accounting, treasury, and tax services. The details of the services to be provided by Tallmast are set out in the Administration Agreement.

Timothy Nii Annan Schandorf

Mr. Timothy N. A Schandorf is a manager, securities operations at Tallmast. Prior to joining Tallmast, he served as the lead portfolio manager at Petra Trust. Timothy oversaw the development and implementation of portfolio strategy as well as accounting for over USD 150 million of pension fund assets. As the project leader, Timothy was instrumental in the sourcing, installation, migration and configuration of Binfolio 3.0 (portfolio management software) to improve portfolio operations at Petra Trust. 

Timothy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Ashesi University. He holds a Ghana Securities Industry Certificate and a Master of Science degree in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School.

He also worked in Standard Chartered Bank Cameroun as treasurer. Peter holds an MSc. (Accounting & Finance) degree from Lodon School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics & Statistics) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a licensed insolvency practitioner and a passed finalist at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
